What exactly does the 5-year warranty cover?
If any problem appears in the area we treated within 5 years of completion, we come back and service it free of cost. It covers our workmanship and the waterproofing we applied. New damage from construction work, structural changes or a different area of the building is quoted separately.
Do you charge for the site visit and quotation?
No. The inspection and quotation are free. Send us a WhatsApp message with your area and a photo of the problem, and we will arrange a convenient time.
Which materials and paints do you use?
Only genuine branded material — all Royal materials for painting, and standard branded waterproofing chemicals and epoxy grout. We name the brand in the quotation so you know exactly what is going on your building.
How long does a terrace or bathroom job take?
Most bathroom grouting or waterproofing jobs finish in 1–2 days. A full terrace treatment usually takes 2–4 days depending on area, crack condition and drying time between coats. We confirm the timeline before starting.
